The Organisation Workshop as established by Barry Oshry features at the heart of what we do. It is a powerful, systemic tool that gives participants a common framework for understanding why things go wrong in organisations and how they can be instrumental in making their workplace function more effectively. Forming collaborative partnerships is at the heart of the solution. What makes the workshop so successful is the experiential elements. We set up an organisation and everyone becomes either a Top, a Middle, a Bottom or a Customer.  We ask people to be themselves in whatever position in the system they find themselves and then as the activity unfurls, we explore what is going on for individuals and everyone has the opportunity to see how each part of the system feels about what is happening. The process can lead to major transitions in the workplace as clients walk away with a greater understanding of how organisations work and the recognition that they have a role to play in determining what it is like to work in the organisation.

Whole self coaching

We coach managers and executives who want to improve their performance.  Clients have broadened their intuitive understanding of being a leader and have then dared to be different by speaking from a voice of inner authority. The key to successful coaching is excellent rapport between coach and client and this achieved by bringing a wide range of tools - from NLP to Gestalt - into the relationship.
