You take your wellbeing seriously

It’s easy to overdo it, to keep on working to make your business successful. What you are now realising is that by taking time out of your business to grow yourself, allows you to take big strides forward. What I am creating is a safe space where you can be yourself and experience real intimacy and access more of your own power. At the same time you will gain some practical tools to help you hone your craft.

How it works:

We will meet online for half a day once a quarter. During lockdown all work had to be done remotely and what I and my clients discovered was that it allowed for a different depth of intimacy. Making the programme online also means that there will be a more diverse group as it brings in an international flavour.

We will meet quarterly as that allows for spaciousness whilst retaining a focus for that period. As this is an interactive setting, it also gives you plenty of time to think about what issue you might wish to bring to share with the group.

I am asking you to commit to a year so that we can really build a strong group identity. Such commitment takes discipline and will provide you with rigour, both key ingredients in building a solid foundation for your business. So that’s the main requirement.

  • Being part of this group will make you a better coach, therapist or business owner. No one is immune to falling into bad habits. Being in a group will help you to see yours as you help others see theirs and this double loop learning will have a positive impact on your business.
  • It is invaluable to have your good habits challenged too so that you can discern their real value to you. Both of these initial two aspects taken together will enhance the quality of your business.
  • Being ethical means different things to different people. The value of super-vision is that you can bring issues that are troubling you to a group of peers and gain new perspectives on the situation that may well alter your own perceptions.
  • This space allows continuous learning which is critical for expansion. That can only happen if you put yourself in situations where you can disrupt yourself regularly. When you become too comfortable, you plateau. My quality of fierce love will support that too.
  • The group will be limited to 8 people to ensure that trust is built quickly and that there is a depth of experience from the get go.
  • It’s an opportunity to integrate new skills by practising them in a safe environment so that you feel comfortable using them with clients
  • Being witnessed and having your feet held to the fire through compassionate accountability will help you and your business to grow.
  • You can pay for the four sessions up front or it can be paid monthly if that makes it is easier for you to budget.

What’s the investment?

£800 for the programme. You can pay it all at once or in monthly instalments. If monthly there are 10 instalments of £88. If you pay monthly there is a slight increase to cover the charges including VAT that GoCardless charge for the service.

Your payment includes four 3 hour super-vision sessions throughout the year.

Who will I meet?

You will meet “like-minded souls.” My clients tend to be leaders doing “world work.” They want to leave the world in a better place than they found it. As visionaries they are often pioneers and recognise that being part of a group can increase their impact exponentially. There is such power in the group heart and the energy transmission can take you and your business to another level.

What happens if I miss a super-vision session?

I will give plenty of advanced warning about the dates. Provisionally the plan is to meet in November, February, May and September. However sometimes things come up; this is unavoidable. Every session will be recorded and you will receive a copy of it afterwards so you can go back over the learnings and truly integrate them all. There will also be a private space for you to connect with group members between sessions.

Who are you and why should I trust you?

I practise what I teach. I put aside a certain percentage of what I earn each year to spend on my own development so that I continue to expand and grow. In that way I can bring more to my clients. Many have commented on how I blend a diverse range of traditions to bring a richer, deeper experience.

For over five years and up until March 2019 I ran a corporate business with another coach and we offered a form of supervision to executive and business coaches so I have a track record in delivering this kind of offering. More than that I love supporting others’ development.

I qualified as a CTI coach in 2008 and then in 2015 I became an organisation and relationship systems coach when I completed ORSC. More recently I went through another initiation by confronting my fears to become a certified firewalk instructor with Peggy Dylan.

I have worked with hundreds of people in a mix of individual one to one coaching and workshop formats. I blend that with a therapeutic and healing background as a Reiki Master (2013) and as a Colour Teacher (2016), training for that with the founder of the Colour Mirrors System, Melissie Jolly in South Africa. 

I co-authored Colourful Boardrooms, published in 2017, based on my work with CEOs and top teams using colour in organisations.  I am sharing this because it shows that whilst all my work is deeply spiritual, I have a very good understanding of how business works. My mission is to change business’ role so that it becomes the life-force of society.

Power comes with humility and my gift to you is kindness coupled with fierce love. This allows the softening of my heart so when I need to call out the inconsistencies that I witness, I do so with love and compassion, in service of you. The purpose is to bring healing through a directness wielded with laser like precision.

What is unique about the groups that you run?

Over 25 years ago I read a book called The Celestine Prophecy and knew that one day I would be a coach and facilitator even though back then I did not know what that meant. This is the work that I was called to do – I blend offering practical mentoring based on my 12 years experience as a coach to support you to hone your own super-vision. This comes from 16 years of meditation and a regular spiritual practice.

I am able to create a very safe container that will hold whatever you bring to the sessions because of the deep work that I have done on myself and continue to do. I have a coach who holds space for me. In addition I have two different accountability partners – one for spiritual direction, the other for all things business related.

Working with colour enables me to support you in cutting through the stories that no longer serve you so that you can see the truth of who you are becoming.

Do I need to have worked with colour before to join this programme?

No you do not all that I ask is that you remain open to what may unfold. Constellation work can be adapted using colour for example to give even more insight into what’s happening energetically. I always think of supervision as being about helping with a particular issue or challenge that I have come across in coaching; and/or working with colour; and/or how to build my practice. I had not attended a group supervision session before and was looking forward to connecting with people and learning some useful tools to help me develop and expand my practice further.
