What’s the investment?
£550 – that includes the tuition, the course materials and the 6 Silver bottles. There is also the option to pay for the course over two months if that is easier. If you want a spritzer, which is recommended, you need to choose between Silver and Black Dragon and that costs an additional USD $55/ £39. There will be an additional postage charge for other countries that will be worked out on a case by case basis. If you are a member of Conscious Conversations the course will only cost you £490 and that includes a spritzer to work with.

What is Silver?
There has long been a mystique about Silver, a metal revered through the ages for its magical properties that link it to the moon. When Melissie Jolly created the Silver Gaias in 2012 she initially thought that they would be the complementaries to the Coral Gaias but they had their own ideas. For some time the mystery surrounding them meant that they remained unnamed.
Silver works on the metabolic limb system, stimulating the nervous system and connecting us to the material world. It is a powerful tool when working with mental imbalances.
What might I release on a Silver journey?
Silver can help with healing and is the ray that animals come in on so is good to use with your pets if they are sick. On a physical level, Silver greatly encourages cellular regeneration. Some say it is great to use for “New Beginnings” so it’s good to start with this journey at the beginning of a year. It can help you to avoid past destructive patterns. In colour healing silver also works on all the chakras, and especially the etheric and astral bodies. It helps build conscious intention and balance discordant mental states. On an emotional level it brings love, peace and protection.
Who will I meet?
You can expect to meet other “like-hearted souls”, often they are leaders doing “world work” who have deep emotional awareness and a desire to be of service so that they can create even more impact.
There are six bottles to work with which seems a lot; will I experience overwhelm ?
You can take the journey at your own pace. We only work with one bottle at a time and we pace the programme by meeting fortnightly rather than weekly to allow more time for integration. As a group we agree which day we are going to bathe in the bottle as doing it on the same day tends to create a bigger impact. Lastly you get to decide when and how much of the work book you complete as we work with each bottle. The timing is intentionally spacious to allow you to gain the in-sights you need.
What if I can’t make all the dates?
Don’t worry the teaching from every session can be recorded and if you miss part or the whole of a session then you will be able to access the recording. And other group members are always willing to work with you and share their pearls through the WhatsApp group as we go.
Who are you and why should I trust you?
I’m Kate Griffiths, who qualified as a Co-Active Coach in 2008 and then in 2015 went on to become an ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach) systems worker. I have worked with hundreds of people in a mix of individual one to one coaching and workshop formats.
I became a Colour Practitioner in 2014 and then went on to become a Colour Teacher in 2016, training with the founder of the Colour Mirrors System, Melissie Jolly in South Africa. I co-authored Colourful Boardrooms, published in 2017, based on my work with CEOs and their teams using colour in organisations.
My gift is kindness coupled with fierce love. This allows the softening of my heart so when I need to call out the inconsistencies that I witness, I do so with love and compassion, rather than coming from the anger of the wounded self. I choose to bring healing wielding my sword with laser precision and humbly acknowledge that I am a work in progress.
Will I be able to integrate colour into my practice at the end of this course?
You can start using colour as a tool for your own personal development at any time. You can also use the essences to enhance your own meditations and those you run for others. However you cannot call yourself a Colour Practitioner unless you complete the formal training to become one.

How was the Chakra course different from what you expected?
I had expected to learn about the chakras in a more ‘factual’ way but found that by experiencing the chakras through colour I began to experience the chakras for real, in everyday life, rather than in a 2D paper/screen based way. It felt very immersive and personal to me, yet learning about others at the same time. I loved being part of a group and sharing the experiences with the other journey-makers. Each chakra experience was very different – some were exciting, welcome and energising, others were difficult and uncomfortable. But all were so illuminating.
