Al(l)oneness
We explore this theme by seeing how the journey through life moves through three states: dependence, independence and interdependence. The third state is only possible when you have known the second and can embrace aloneness sensing it leads to all oneness.
Embodiment
The Platinum Portals are wonderful, expansive and cosmic; the Coral Gaias were introduced to the CM system in 2011 to help us embody that energy more fully. Building on the Copper Gaias with their red energy, the Coral Gaias enable you to be fully present in your body so your spirituality becomes more real; and a felt experience in your body.

We are living through a time of upheaval – humanity’s action has put the planet in extreme danger. The insights and guidance that I am looking for from within myself have come to the fore while experiencing a color journey. I think this was the biggest surprise, that the journey would be so aligned with what I’m needing to focus on at this point in my life. What’s the investment?
£480 – that includes the tuition, the course materials, postage in the UK & US and the 6 Coral bottles. There is also the option to pay for the course over two months if that is easier. If you want a coral spritzer which is recommended, you need to choose between Coral Angel, Opalescence, Gabriel, Diamond Unicorn and Coral Dragon and that costs an additional USD $55/ £39. There will be an additional postage charge for other countries that will be worked out on a case by case basis.

What is Coral?
Coral as a colour consists of three fractions red, one fraction yellow. When Melissie Jolly created the Coral Gaias in 2011 it brought a sense of cohesiveness because all the primary colours were represented. There was yellow represented in the Golden Gaias and blue represented in the Platinum Portals.
To understand the impact of coral in emotional terms, consider where you find it physically. It is in the depths of the ocean and you have to dive deep to see it; and it has a fragility about whilst representing a whole eco system. This journey supports you to uncover what may lie in the depths of your unconscious and bring it to the surface for healing. Where copper with its practicality spoke to the yang energy; delicate nature of coral aligns it much more with the yin energy.
What might I release on a Coral journey?
Feel into what’s holding you back. I find with many of my clients that at their core they have a feeling that they don’t deserve to do well. Deep down there can be a sense of low self esteem. Coral helps you to recognise any issues relating to self worth and gently supports you to release them.
Who will I meet?
You can expect to meet other “like-minded souls”, often they are leaders doing “world work” who have deep emotional awareness and a desire to be of service so that they can create even more impact.
There are six bottles to work with which seems a lot; will I experience overwhelm ?
You can take the journey at your own pace. We only work with one bottle at a time and although we meet weekly and agree the day we are going to bathe in the bottle, you get to decide when and how much of the work book you complete as we go through the programme. The classes are deliberately spacious to allow you to gain the in-sights you need at this time.
What if I can’t make all the dates?
Don’t worry the teaching from every session can be recorded and if you miss part or the whole of a session then you will be able to access the recording. At the beginning of the course I will encourage people to buddy up, so you can also grab further insights that way.
Who are you and why should I trust you?
I’m Kate Griffiths, who qualified as a Co-Active Coach in 2008 and then in 2015 went on to become an ORSC (Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach) systems worker. I have worked with hundreds of people in a mix of individual one to one coaching and workshop formats.
I became a Colour Practitioner in 2014 and then went on to become a Colour Teacher in 2016, training with the founder of the Colour Mirrors System, Melissie Jolly in South Africa. I co-authored Colourful Boardrooms, published in 2017, based on my work with CEOs and their teams using colour in organisations.
My gift is kindness coupled with fierce love. This allows the softening of my heart so when I need to call out the inconsistencies that I witness, I do so with love and compassion, rather than coming from the anger of the wounded self. I choose to bring healing wielding my sword with laser precision and humbly acknowledge that I am a work in progress.
Will I be able to integrate colour into my practice at the end of this course?
You can start using colour as a tool for your own personal development at any time. You can also use the essences to enhance your own meditations and those you run for others. However you cannot call yourself a Colour Practitioner unless you complete the formal training to become one.
